At Southland Cellar, we take great care in selecting and storing our products to ensure quality. Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for any purchases, including for change of mind or incorrect selection.

Exceptions

We will only provide a refund or exchange in the following cases, as required by Australian Consumer Law:

  • The product is faulty, damaged, or unsafe.
  • The product is significantly different from its description or what was advertised.

If you believe you have received a faulty or damaged product, please contact us at southlandcellar@gmail.com within 7 of purchase with proof of purchase and photos of the issue.
