Juyondai Honmaru is one of the rarest and most talked-about sake labels in Japan—and for good reason. Brewed by Takagi Shuzo in Yamagata using the centuries-old 秘伝玉返し (Hiden Tamagaeshi) technique, this sake elevates traditional brewing by using their own junmai kasutori shochu as the alcohol addition.
