Crafted in collaboration with Kicks Brewing, this Cold Black IPA showcases the artistry of hop processing. Built on a sophisticated Cold Black IPA base with subtle chocolate notes and a dry finish, Nightcrawler features a meticulous selection of hops from Ryefield Hops in southern NSW—Beedelup and Chinook pellets, Beedelup Whole Cones, and freshly harvested Columbus. The result is a boundary-pushing brew where pronounced herbal and stonefruit characteristics harmonize with underlying dank, pine, and citrus notes, creating a masterful balance between old-school approach and innovative technique.
